  My father tried to ask a sales associate a question. Mid conversation another couple walked up and spoke over him and the associate walked off to help them instead of finishing helping my father. Really rude and disappointed in the store. Worked in retail a lot of my employment but I never was that rude to a customer. He should've had them wait their turn and finished helping his first customer. We left with our other purchases and we will not be shopping here anymore.

  Issue today in Mocksville nc, tried to purchase a Hitachi miter saw and stand. They were out of the stands that were to be free with purchase of the saw. I offered to pay the difference between the upgraded stand or pick the stand up at another Lowe's location. Employee told me she couldn't tell me if another Lowe's had any in stock, which I know is untrue. Told me good luck driving around to find another one. $600 saw and zero customer service. I will go to Home Depot and purchase what I need.
